we import many container per month and we deal with the shipping line directly who has given us VIP code, under this we are charged less freight,
wherefore we always provide booking and rest is handle by your forwarding agent,
since our country is land lock, we request supplier to pay sea freight and take B/L form shipping line, while other charges we pay from here.
Basically in order to get the best rate we provide supplier with the booking from our end however supplier is the owner of the shipment and B/L because supplier is paying the sea freight. Also it is your forwarder who will be arranging all not us, your forwarder has to stay in touch with shipping line there and not us. wherefore it is not possible for us to divert the container or to release without original B/L
